1. I am 18 years of age or older.
2. As the buyer, I am aware that there are no local or state laws barring the purchase, possession and use of Airsoft products in my jurisdiction. It is my responsibility to understand and obey all applicable local, state, and federal laws associated with use of Airsoft products.
3. In accordance with federal law, use of an Airsoft product will be treated as an actual firearm if used in a crime.
4. I understand that I am not allowed by law to remove any warning stickers, paint or markings on any products. The removal of any stickers, paint or markings is prohibited by law, and may void all warranties.
5. I understand serious injury or death can result from the misuse of the products that I am purchasing. I release Airsoft Alliance from all liabilities and responsibilities for the products that I am purchasing. Airsoft Alliance will be held harmless and free of any and all legal action arising from the use or purchase of Airsoft Alliance’s products
6. I understand that Airsoft Alliance products carry a 30 day 100% parts and labor warranty for manufacturer's defects and any modification done by an Airsoft Alliance employee. All warranty claims must be submitted in email or writing with in 30 days of the sale receipt date. I understand that any changes or modifications to the product in any respect by any person not employed or certified by Airsoft Alliance, will cause all such warranties to be canceled and void. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return merchandise within 20 days of the sale receipt date. The returned merchandise must be in the same new, undamaged condition that the customer received it in or Airsoft Alliance will be unable to accept it. Airsoft Alliance has the right to refuse all returns. Removal of the orange flash hider on guns will void all warranties and returns. A 15% restocking fee will apply on all returns.
7. For all returns, the customer must obtain verbal approval from an Airsoft Alliance employee. After approval, the Airsoft Alliance employee will assign the customer a Return Merchandise Approval Number (RMA#). Then the customer may ship the merchandise back to Airsoft Alliance. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
8. I understand that Airsoft Alliance will not be liable for manufacturing flaws, or deficiencies intrinsic to the manufacturing process, or for damages resulting from inappropriate use, storage, or shipping of goods.

By returning this waiver, I understand the warnings, policies, and warranties associated with purchasing any Airsoft Alliance product and release responsibility of Airsoft Alliance, its owners, and employees from all legal claims associated with the use and purchase of Airsoft products.
